At Winter's Moon Limited, we want you to be delighted with your home decor, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. You have 28 days from receipt to return your items for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective materials to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.

  Ship Your Item

  Send your parcel via a recorded delivery service to the address provided in your authorization email, keeping your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
